Trdelník Won the Internet Over a Weekend
If you thought that it is impossible to improve upon doughnuts, you are mistaken!
Trdelník is a sweet cinammon pastry from a yeast dough. Although originally coming from Slovakia, it feels quite domestic among Czechs. There is a little restaurant in Karlova street in Prague where they use trdelník as an ice-cream cone.
The staff of the café were looking for a good summer product because the original hot pastry is not very suitable for hot summer days. Funnily enough, it stays bestseller even during the winter. There are more varieties of fillings, you can have it with fruits or even a salt version with cheese and olives.

The sweet is called 'Chimney' and and it is a must-try!
